FAQs

Responsiv Cloud Platforms are hosted in tier 3, ISO 27001 certified, UK data centres, and are managed from our UK offices. This means your data is kept in a known location in the UK.
Connect Azure based systems seamlessly with RCAP using dedicated networks to remove data egress charges and reduce latency.

Mitigate the risks of rebuilding or migrating IBM applications in Azure thanks to RCAP’s 100% IBM compatibility.
There are no data egress charges associated with Responsiv Cloud Platforms (subject to reasonable use policy).

This is not the case for Platforms hosted on other clouds including Azure.
Responsiv Cloud Platforms embed IBM middleware software.

Azure connections pass over secure private networks with assured bandwidth dedicated to Responsiv. Responsiv do not charge for data ingress or egress between our platforms and Azure or the public internet.
Access Responsiv Cloud Platforms over the public Internet or by using dedicated Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network connections.

Optional service preparation support is available to set up dedicated connections, share security certifications, and mentor staff on using the platform.
Responsiv Cloud Platforms are costed based on the number of concurrent users, not the available functionality.
