Create the namespace with any name

Run the pre-requisites as following YAML and create the resources BEFORE installing your Operator:

WebHook Secret

This secret is intentionally left blank and will be filled in as the operator is brought is started and certificates are generated.

Install the operator
Install the operand with above created namespace and also change the required storage class
Verify the Pods and operand are in running condition
You can also check the Cassandra cluster status using nodetool by invoking it on one of the pods in the Cluster as follows:

Note the namespace must be updated in the configuration below.

$ kubectl -n cass-operator exec -it -c cassandra cluster1-dc1-default-sts-0 -- nodetool status

And output should be like this

Then you need to run this command to execute the sample app.

The username and password in above command shall be given under secret -> cluster1-superuser
