NOTE that this is the legagcy dataset to the Government Response Stringency Index listed on Red Hat Marketplace. A new data structure on 28 April 2020. All existing indicators were renamed, many were recoded, and several new indicators were added.

This dataset will contain the legacy data that was in place before the data migration started on 25 April 2020. The files here have the 13 "S" indicators that were used in March and April.
