Enterprise Forecasting identifies if the target variable data is binary and models the data for binary classification. You can choose one of the three modes of modeling: 1. Least Frequent Target variable Value (LF) 2. Most Frequent Target variable Value (MF) 3. Both Values of Target Variable (BV) For LF and MF modes, you get Decile wise analytics and for BV mode, you get confusion matrix with Precision, Recall, AUC-RoC values for model evaluation. It handles class imbalanced data effectively.
Discrete Target Variable Data - Multiclass
Enterprise Forecasting identifies if the target variable data is discrete with multiple values and models the data for multi-class classification. It finds multiple patterns and creates multiple models and selects the Best model for each record in Prediction file. You can model for data with high number of classes. You get confusion matrix with Precision, Recall and AUC-RoC values for model evaluation. Enterprise Forecasting is capable of handling highly class imbalanced data sets.
Continuous Target Variable - Estimation
Enterprise Forecasting identifies if the target variable data is continuous and models the data for multi-model estimation. It finds multiple patterns in the data and creates multiple models and selects the Best model for each record from Prediction file. It provides various performance metrics like ME, RMSE, MAE, MPE, and MAPE for model evaluation. All regression type use cases can be handled using this functionality.
Time Series Forecast
Enterprise Forecasting can handle time series data and perform modeling and forecast. Your data can be at a time interval of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. The data may contain multiple time series and the user has to provide group-id column to identify each individual time series. Enterprise Forecasting handles each group independently. It provides various performance metrics like ME, RMSE, MAE, MPE, MAPE and MASE for model performance evaluation.
