Invite people to join

Prerequisites

  • Get Admin role.
  • Get email addresses for invites.

About this task

You can enter up to 50 email addresses at one time.

Procedure

  1. On the main menu, click your account name, click Access, click My team, and then click Invite users.
  2. Enter email addresses. On the Email Address box, enter an email address. You can enter 50 email address at one time. Accepted delimiters are commas, spaces, or line breaks.
  3. Assign roles to users. On the Assign User Roles section, next to each Name, select the appropriate checkboxes.
  4. Click Send.

Result

The invitee receives an email message from Red Hat Marketplace.


Resend invite

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. On the main menu, click your account name, click Access, and then click My team.
  2. To resend the invite, on the row of the invited user, click the Menu Options button (dots icon), and then click Resend invite.

Result

The invitee receives an email message from Red Hat Marketplace.


Cancel invite

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. On the main menu, click your account name, click Access, and then click My team.
  2. To cancel invite, on the row of the invited user, click the Menu Options button (dots icon), and then click Cancel invite.

Result

You canceled the invite.


Remove users

Remove a user from the account.

Procedure

  1. On the main menu, click your account name, click Access, and then click My team.
  2. On the row of the user, click the Menu Options button (dots icon), and then click Delete user.
  3. To remove the user, click Delete.

Result

You removed the user from the account.
